Die 80er sind vorbei, doch die Sehnsucht bleibt!
Hier liegen die musikalischen Wurzeln von Blackslash, einer 2007 gegründeten Heavy Metal Band aus Donaueschingen im Schwarzwald. Nie mit dem Anspruch die Welt der Musikgenres neu zu definieren,
lassen sich die 5 Musiker Clemens Haas (Gesang), Christian Haas (Gitarre), Daniel Hölderle (Gitarre), David Hofmeier (Schlagzeug) und Bandgründer Alec Trojan (Bass) treiben von der New Wave Of
Traditional Heavy Metal, weisen dabei aber stets auch eine enge musikalische Bindung zum US-Metal der 80er Jahre auf. So bewegen sich Blackslash mit Einflüssen von Bands wie Thin Lizzy, Iron
Maiden und Vicious Rumors irgendwo zwischen der Bescheidenheit der
englischen Arbeiterklasse und dem Bombast der US-amerikanischen Showgiganten.
Der traditionelle Heavy Metal wird zelebriert, in seiner Ursprünglichkeit und mit all seinen Klischees; gehüllt in eine Show zwischen Authentizität und Inszenierung - so wie die harte Rockmusik
schon immer gelebt wurde.
Mit ihrem Debütalbum „Separate But Equal“ traten Blackslash zum ersten Mal in Erscheinung. Sie spielten inzwischen über 150 Liveshows in Deutschland und Europa. Als Support Act für namhafte Bands
wie Victory oder Skullfist, dürfen sie sich über eine wachsende Fangemeinde und steigende Popularität auch außerhalb der Landesgrenzen freuen.
Mit der Veröffentlichung des aktuellen Albums „No Steel No Future“ unterstreichen die Jungs aus Baden-Württemberg ihre Stellung als Hoffnungsträger der deutschen Metalszene. Mit Album Nr. 5 -
welches Anfang 2025 erscheinen wird - dürfen sich die Fans endlich auf neue Songs aus der süddeutschen Metal-
Schmiede freuen! Auch live werden 2025 wieder viele Bühnen in Deutschland gerockt!

musicians Clemens Haas (vocals), Christian Haas (guitar), Daniel Hölderle (guitar), David Hofmeier (drums) and band founder Alec Trojan (bass) are driven by the New Wave Of Traditional Heavy
Metal, but always have a close musical connection to the US metal of the 80s. With influences from bands such as Thin Lizzy, Iron Maiden and Vicious Rumors, Blackslash move somewhere between the
modesty of the English working class and the bombast of

Traditional heavy metal is celebrated in its originality and with all its clichés; wrapped in a show between authenticity and staging - just as hard rock music has always been lived.
Blackslash first appeared on the scene with their debut album "Separate But Equal". They have since played over 150 live shows in Germany and Europe. As a support act for well-known bands such as
Victory or Skullfist, they can look forward to a growing fan base and increasing popularity outside the country's borders.
With the release of their latest album "No Steel No Future", the guys from Baden-Württemberg are underlining their position as a beacon of hope in the German metal scene. With album no. 5 - which
will be released at the beginning of 2025 - fans can finally look forward to new songs from the southern German metal forge! They will also be rocking many stages in Germany live again in 2025!
